How To Build A Kite Album Launch by Jonathan Meur

Mark your calendars for the launch of How To Build A Kite, Jonathan Meur's first full-length album.

The album explores how we interact with the people who surround us, how we relate to our childhood memories, and how we perceive characters who are less than ordinary.

The album was recorded and mixed at Snakeweed Studios by sound wizard Leonard Soossay. A line-up of musicians from all over (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Armenia, Egypt, the UK) join Jonathan to bring the songs to life: Adam Shah on drums, Manson Koh on bass, Elizabeth Saw on keys and saxophone, Debra Leong and Ani Umedian on violin, Gevorg Sargsyan on cello, Tamara Yousry on vocals, Cheryl Lim on trumpet, Syafiqah 'Adha Sallehin on accordion, Edmund Song on double bass, Gabriel Lynch on guitar and guest vocals, and Weish on guest vocals.

The 10 all-new songs include lead single and Jonathan's soon-to-be-released and first-ever official music video "Toy Hearts".

Get your tickets right here and head over to the Facebook Event page at www.facebook.com/events/1595020114111754 to RSVP and spread the word!

Doors open at 7pm. Singer-songwriter Tamara Yousry and rock band Shades In Grey will open the concert at 7:30pm. Jonathan and the band will be on stage at 8pm.

Limited-edition merchandise will be on sale so bring some change!

The "Advanced Ticket (Avvio Backers)" ticket is for the people who pledged donations to my crowd-funding campaign last year and hence contributed to the making of the album right from the start.
